| We provide late model, fun pinball machines at competitive prices for your home gamerooms and business locations. We specialize in, and only sell late model pinball machines from approx. 1990 to date. We do not sell games in "as-is" condition and we do not sell, service or repair older pinball machines (prior to 1988) nor do we have parts for them. |

| All pinbal machines we sell, are used. They are from 10 to 20 years old, and have been commercialy used on a location, in arcades, bars, restaurant, family entertainment centers, pizza joints, clubs and night clubs or played in home for a number of years. We refurbish every game we sell but there is only so much you can do with an old, used game, it will be refurbished to work and play great. Still, again, please remember, it is NOT a brand new game and cosmetically it will not look like new game.
If you wish to buy a brand new game, please click here, as there is only 1 manufacturer left on this planet that still makes them brand new. They are pretty good.
Again, it is NOT a brand new, never used game you are buying from us. It will look good and play good and we will refurbish it to work and play 100%, but it is not a brand new game. What exactly it is, however, it is a great used game. |

| Our warranty is included in the price of every machine we sell. It is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Since these are used machines, we warranty only circuit boards to be fully working for 30 days. No other parts whatsoever are covered with a warranty.

| Local customers: If you would like additional protection please consider purchasing an Extended Warranty from us (Houston Residents only) and we'll come to your place and fix/clean/maintain/replace parts on your machine at no extra cost for a full year. |

| If for any reason for 30 days DMD display or machine circuit boards fail to function satisfactory, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you (minus shipping, if shipped or delivered outside of Houston, TX). We will simply send you a new board from our stock and you ship us back the faulty one.
All sales of machines and parts are final, no refunds, no exchanges. In case we do accept your request to return the machine for whatever reason, we will issue you a FULL REFUND, minus the cost of shipping the machine back and forth which should be paid by the customer returning the machine.
In addition, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this.
Please note that we do not warranty cabinet, cabinet fade, playfield plastics and plastic ramps, as they occasionaly break from loose balls over time of extended play, get scratches, rough handling etc... It is considered a normal wear and tear and it might happen during playing, or transport, or new owner's mishandling and "fiddling" with electric/electronic parts or any other number of ways or reasons. |

| Please remember: You have to keep in mind that a certain amount of maintenance is required to keep pinball machines running, no way around that. Light bulbs get burnt, playfield gets dirty, flipper rubber breaks and so on. It is YOUR reponsibility as an owner to maintain your machine, same as changing the oil in your car, it has to be done.
